Pylon first class

Memo and tips for those going to class for the first time. You do NOT need snickers for classes in our studio. Most classes are barefoot or in socks, classes with the word HEELS can be attended in dance shoes with heels and platform or in socks on request.

RULES FOR ALL CLASSES WITH A POLE

On the day of the class do not use lotion or cream on your hands and body, because then you will be slippery and you will have no grip on the pole.
It is forbidden to wear rings during the class. They scratch the poles.
Jewellery can injure you (for example, tearing your ear by pulling an earring), or you can damage the jewellery itself (for example, rolling over a fragile pendant).
Do not come hungry. Classes are active and energy-demanding.
It is obligatory to drink during the class!

KLEIDUNG FÜR DEN POLE SPORT/DANCE

Short, tight shorts.
Socks.
Sports top.
T-shirt optional.
No jewellery: no rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, hairpins.
In winter it is recommended to wear long sports trousers above your pole-shorts for a warm-up.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR POLE HEELS-KURS?

High-heel shoes (for Heels Intro you can try in socks before investing in shoes).
Kneepads.
Shorts/leggings/athletic trousers/whatever you want.
Sports top.
T-shirt/tank top/ whatever top optional.
No jewellery: no rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, hairpins.
It is compulsory to wear knee pads to HEELS classes. Heeled dance shoes are desirable, but for the first class you can go without, to try it out.
